Your order

If for any reason we are out of stock of any items in your order we will contact and you can either;
 
    		• Cancel your order      
    		• Pick an alternative item at the same value    
  •  
    		•  Wait until item is back in stock    
       

     

     
       
    Returns
          If your goods are damaged or faulty, we request that you report it to us within 7 days to arrange return.      
                 
         
       
  •  
    		•  Email spudz@llamasphoto.co.uk quoting your Name, Invoice number, and your reason for wanting to return your item.      
                 
       
  		• Once we have received the damaged/faulty goods, we will issue a full refund.
